Introduction to the University
Dallas Baptist University is a nationally ranked, comprehensive, global Christ-centered university with a mission to produce servant leaders through the integration of faith and learning. We are thrilled to be an educational enterprise home to more than 4,150 students representing more than 50 countries around the world.
We believe our world is in desperate need of thoughtful Christian leaders with the ability to creatively solve complex problems while uniquely engaging culture through biblical truth. Our graduates are serving in nearly every vocational context. Whether it be as Christian doctors, lawyers, educators, scientists, politicians, or numerous other fields, we understand that our students are diverse in their callings, yet united in purpose.
Please take the opportunity to get to know us through this website or an on-campus visit. You will discover a community of servant leaders whose heart is to teach and care for others while also producing research in a myriad of academic disciplines. We embrace the premise that all truth is God's truth, and together, we seek knowledge for the sake of making a bold impact in the world as transformers of culture.
Join us as we serve the world for the glory of God!
