Communication: Church Media (BA)
The Church Media degree is designed to develop the next generation of church media leaders by helping the student develop the skills and experience needed to thrive as a media professional in a local church. This degree will develop the broad range of skills required of a church media leader with emphasis given to developing both technical and leadership skills.
As more and more churches utilize media to communicate with their congregations and their communities, skilled practitioners are needed who have the experience and leadership in developing teams and leverage technology for the sake of the Gospel.
Church media majors will be connected with local church media ministries of various sizes and complexity to gain practical church production experience through field experiences and internships. The need for skilled church media leaders is growing, and churches all over the country are hiring.
