Master of Science in Finance

The Master of Science in Finance (MSFIN) is a 36-hour STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) degree program designed to equip students with practical and theoretical knowledge essential for finance professionals. Graduates of the MSFIN program will be prepared for careers in various areas of finance, including investments, financial analytics, corporate financial management, and financial technology.  

The MSFIN program covers analytical and quantitative foundations - economic analysis and statistics - for finance, along with portfolio management skills based on modern portfolio theory. It also explores the use of derivatives in financial engineering, financial statement analysis, and emerging developments in financial technology, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence. The DBU MSFIN program offers two concentrations: Financial Analysis and Financial Technology.
