This course explores the functionality of digital audio workstations. A variety of projects will give students practice managing audio in many contexts, expanding their skills, problem-solving abilities, and guiding students through the ins and outs of digital audio. This course focuses on home-studio production from the standpoint of an artist-producer. Students will learn to record and edit audio and to sequence virtual instruments utilizing best practices.
